Insurance and Fees
Dr. Pilgrim is credentialed through the following insurance companies: Aetna, Cigna, Optum. Private pay clients are provided a superbill to submit to their insurance carrier, and are billed at the following rates:
Consultation

$200 per 50 minute session
Special Education Advocacy

$200/hour, including travel time.
Psychological, Neuropsychological, and Psychoeducational Assessment

Final cost depends on the scope and time required for a comprehensive evaluation

An estimate will be provided after initial consultation

Initial deposit: $2500, paid at intake

Balance to be paid at final invoicing (typically at report completion)

Assessments include parent/client interviews, records review, behavioral observations at school/home, teacher and other professional consultations, direct testing in the clinic, scoring and interpretation of test results, report preparation, and feedback sessions.

IEP or school conference meetings are billed at $200/hour, including travel time.
